Miss China won the Miss World 2007
December 2, 2007Last night, I watched the live telecast of Miss World 2007 on ABC. I was very eager to see it because I was hoping and praying that Philippines representative Margaret Wilson will win but unfortunately she didn’t make it. Still its fine, i know she had tried her very best.
I am always a follower or an avid watcher for beauty contest, a bit of my frustration because my height is not for beauty queen type. Anwayz, Zi Lin ZHANG from People’s Republic of China won the title. I think I was not able to see her in the question and answer portion of the top 5 or maybe I have seen her but she used her own language instead of English so basically, I will not have any idea of her answers. I was really thinking Valene MAHARAJ from Trinidad and Tobago will win the title because she has answered the question very very well.
But I am still happy because China is from Asia. Hmmnnn..one thing I have noticed in the competition all the black women were all gorgeous and beautiful. Congratulations again to Miss China! Visit the Miss World 2007 official website here. By the way, the competition was held in Sanya, China.
